Ratio of ingredients is as follows, kg/1000 dal: apple wine material, 200-250; sea buckthorn juice, 100-150; pantocrin, 0.1-0.2; sucralose, 1.0-1.5; food color "Koler", 2.8-3.8; concentrate "Brandy", 0.25-0.3; food flavorings: "Nut", 0.05-0.07; "Vanil", 0.025-0.03; "Orange", 0.3-0.5; "Honey", 0.5-0.8; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. New wine drink contains biologically active substances of vegetable and animal origin based on local raw material and new calorie-free sweetener, sucralose.
