FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: Pyroxicam-cyclodextrin complex, having analgetic, anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic activities, has weight ratio of pyroxicam and cyclodextrin being equal to 10:1-1:1, real density of 1,6-1,8 g/ml, surface area of 2,0-2,1 m2/g, water contact angle of 30-40°, equilibrium solubility 60-100 mg/l, oversaturation index of 200-1000 mg/l. The complex is prepared by mixing powders, crushing the mixture in high-energy mill having a saturated with vapor crushing chamber during 0,1-48 hours, followed by drying and sieving. EFFECT: improved analgetic, anti-inflammatory and antirheumatic activity.
