SUBSTANCE: for preparing 1000 dal bitter liqueur with strength 35 vol.% the following components were used, kg: sweet clover 1.5-2.5; Saint-John-wort 1.5-2.5; mint 1-2; common balm 1.8-2.8; bird cherry branches 0.5-1.5; rosewort 0.3-0.7; milfoil 0.3-0.7; sugar 50-55; aromatic principle 15-20, and aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of liqueur.
