SUBSTANCE: the liqueur comprises a blend of the following ingredients: the 1st and 2nd preparations of vegetable raw material and alcoholized apple, cherry, strawberry and plum juices, bitter almond oil and aqueous alcoholic liquid. The infusion of the 1st and 2nd preparations of the vegetable raw material comprises (kg/1000 dal): 4.5-5.5 coriander; 1.5-2.5 mint; 1-1.6 origanum; 0.5-1.5 cinnamon; 0.3-0.6 cloves; 0.3-0.6 plum branches; 0.3-0.6 orchard strawberry leaves, and the blend comprises 1/1000 dal 230-240 an infusion of the 1st and 2nd preparation ingredients; 1900-2100 alcoholized cherry juice; 750-850 alcoholized apple juice; 450-500 alcoholized strawberry juice; 200-250 alcoholized plum juice; 850-950 65.8% sugar syrup; 0.9-1.3 bitter almond oil, highly purified rectified ethyl alcohol and water, the balance. The infusion is fortified to 40% by volume; the total extract is per 100 ml; the total sugar content is 9.8 g per 100 ml; the color is red brownish, the taste is soft, the aroma is complex and no individual components are evident.
