FIELD: growing of ceramic composite structures. SUBSTANCE: aluminium blank is moulded, placed in contact with powdered or preliminarily moulded filler that is permeable for gaseous atmosphere, heated to a temperature exceeding the aluminium melting point, but that is lower than the melting point of its oxide, and kept at this temperature during a time period sufficient for the progress of infiltration of oxidation product into the filler. Used as filler is ground product of oxidation of aluminium melt alloyed by additional of element from group Si, Mg, Fe, Sn with a total content of alloying additions within 3.5 to 13% EFFECT: enhanced homogeneity of structure and physical and chemical properties. 1 tbl
