SUBSTANCE: efficient air cleaning in clean room is obtained by placing over room perimeter, along three walls of it, from false floor to false ceiling, of film electret material which is wound on feeding and receiving reels and passing over guide rollers. Air supply system is arranged on fourth wall, and air exhaust system - on opposite wall. False floor and false ceiling are net-made, and located above false ceiling and below false floor is granulated silica gel. EFFECT: high efficiency. 2 dwg
