FIELD: alcoholic beverage branch of food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves softening of water with sulfonated carbon, producing the grading by mixing water with alcohol, cleaning the grading with active carbon, filtering and holding it. After softening of water with sulfonated carbon to a hardness of 0.2-0.1 mg-equiv/l it is divided into two streams one of which is treated again with sulfonated carbon to a hardness of 0.02-0 mg equiv/l while the other stream is treated by inverted osmosis to a zero hardness followed by mixing both streams and directing them for grading. Mixing of water with rectified high-cleaned ethyl alcohol is continued until the strength of the finished product reaches 38% After final filtration, vodka is held for 5-10 min. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
