FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: at the sorting preparation stage, vodka is treated with active carbon jointly with steamed wheat flour and egg white. The components are used in the following proportions per 1000 decaliters of end product, kg: active carbon, 0.49-0.5; wheat flour, 3-6; egg white, 2-3.5. The relation of active carbon to flour and white is (1:6:4) (1:12:7). EFFECT: simplified process of purification, reduced content of unwanted impurities and improved quality of end product. 1 tbl
