FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves water, an aqueous-spirituous mixture, sugar syrup and rye dry bread aromatic alcohol preparing. Sugar syrup is dissolved in an aqueous-spirituous mixture and blended up to concentration of alcohol 40 vol.%. Rye dry bread, honey and sugar were used at mass ratio = (0.9-1.1):(2.25-2.75):(6.7-8.3), respectively. Honey is dissolved before blending in rye dry bread aromatic alcohol at mass ratio = (0.9-1.1):(9.0-11.0), respectively. EFFECT: enhanced quality of vodka, improved method of production. 1 tbl
