FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: in a separate vessel on prepares a mixture of floor chosen from the following group: wheat, rye, barley, corn, buckwheat floor with cold water. The produced mixture is heated up to 90°C till a paste form condition with subsequent cooling and introduced into the alcohol and water mixture, thoroughly stirred and maintained. The floor is utilised in an amount of 0.1-5.0 kg per 100 dal of the alcohol and water mixture. The alcohol and water mixture is filtered on a filter press.
EFFECT: enhancement of quality of the ready product having individual organoleptic properties, technological process simplification.
