FIELD: production of nonalcoholic drink. SUBSTANCE: 2 l of 0.25 chitosan solution are added by intense mixing to 100 l of shizandra juice. Mentioned above chitosan solution is prepared by dissolving chitosan in 0.5 solution of ascorbic acid. Residue is removed after sustaining, and clarified juice is blended with birch juice and with 17 sugar syrup. Aromatic principle is added into thus prepared blend, then juice is bottled and carbonated till content of carbon dioxide is 0.2-0.3 mass EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 cl
