FIELD: nonalcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: drink contains per 100 dal of final product: sugar, 70-100 kg; extract of ginseng root, 0.4-2.0 kg; birch juice, 20-60 l; carbonated water, the balance. The drink may additionally contain per 100 dal of final product: extract of fruits of Manchurian walnut, 1-5 l; natural honey, 3-7 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol, 0.8-1.8 l. The drink may include per 100 dal of final product: citric acid, 1.8-2.8 kg; conserving agent and/or color; infusion or oil of magnolia vine, 0.05-0.2 l. Magnolia vine infusion is prepared by preliminary pulping of magnolia vine fruits, diluting with water at mass ratio of magnolia vine and water 1: 0.50-1.15, infusing for no less 8 h at temperature not lower room one, and filtering. The drink additionally contains syrup of Manchurian walnut prepared by washing the fruits, their blanching for 15 min, grinding fruits up to size of particles not more 1.5 cm, mixing with sugar in ratio 1:1.2, and aging in dark place at constant mixing for no less 10 days.
