FIELD: production of nonalcoholic drink. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains 0.2-0.5 kg of sugar substituents, 0.5-2.0 kg of pectin, 0.00001-0.00002 kg of dye, 1.0-3.0 l of protein hydrolyzate being prepared of gelatin or casein, 0.2-0.5 l of aromatic principle, 5.0-10.0 l of blue berry or currant juice and carbonate water. Said quantities are used to prepare 100 dal of desired product. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product.
