FIELD: production of nonalcoholic drink. SUBSTANCE: 70.0-90.0 kg of sugar, 10.0-40.0 l of birch juice, 1.0-2.0 l of Manchurian nut syrup, 0.00001-0.00002 kg of dye and water are blended to prepare 100 dal of desired drink. Mentioned above syrup of Manchurian nut is prepared by washing nuts, their blanching within 5-10 min, grinding to 0.5-1.0 cm in size, mixing with sugar at ratio 1:1 and sustaining within 10 days in dark place by uninterrupted mixing. Then filtration and packing together with adding inhibitor are carried out. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
