SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes using rabbits each weighing 2 to 3 kg as donors, repeatedly immunizing these by emulsion including equal amounts of purified inactivated concentrated specific antigen reproduced in cell culture and oil adjuvant, making first injection into interdigital space of rear extremities, administering second injection into popliteal lymphatic nodes 8 to 10 days after first injection and intramuscularly administering third portion 19 to 25 days after first injection, and taking blood sample 29 to 35 days after beginning of immunization.
