FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes using guinea pigs as donors which are to be repeatedly intramuscularly immunized by emulsion containing equal amounts of inactivated concentrated specific antigen reproduced in cell culture and oil adjuvant, making second injection on expiration of 20 to 22 days, administering third dose on expiry of 28 to 30 days after first injection has been made, and taking blood sample on expiry of 39 to 40 days after immunization has been started.
