FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: water is made soft, purified by reverse osmosis or activated carbon. A batch is prepared by mixing it with rectified ethanol. As the stirring begins, citric acid sodium is added to the batch. Said sodium is obtained by dissolving 0.15-0.25 kg dal of the bath. After 20-25 minutes 0.09-0.11 kg of aspartam dissolved in 1 dal of the batch is added to the batch, and the stirring is continued for another 10-15 minutes; the stirring is then discontinued, the mixture is maintained for 20-30 minutes, its strength is corrected by using the prior art technology, filtered and purified. EFFECT: more efficient manufacturing process.
