FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: potable water is treated and additionally filtered through activated carbon. Solution (aqueous-alcoholic mixture) is prepared from treated water with hardness up to 0.2 mg equi/cu.dm, alkalinity not more 3.0 mg equi/cu.dm and oxidizability not more 3.0 mg O2, and ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" at intensive mixing with providing eddy to it. Sodium hydrocarbonate is divided into two doses, one of which is dissolved in treated water with addition of 80-% acetic acid with receiving of sodium acetate. Sodium hydrocarbonate is introduced during initial stage of solution preparation in the period of the maximum liberation of heat and maximum increasing of temperature of aqueous-alcoholic mixture, then within 25-30 min solution of sodium acetate is given at intensive mixing, and once more mixed for 15-20 min, and after it, solution is delivered into supply tank. Solution with temperature 15-20 C is directed for filtration through carbon-cleaning battery. Final filtration of vodka is carried out by filter with pores which size is not more 5 mcm. EFFECT: improved physico-chemical and organoleptical properties, higher stability. 1 expe
