FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves softening the water; its mixing with ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra"; introduction of activated carbon at the rate of 6-10 kg per 1000 dal and glycerine; mixing; introduction of sweetener "Alfasvit-55" (containing sucralose, aspartam and saccharin), ascorbic acid and alcoholic solution of vanilin; filtration and bottling. The prepared vodka includes the following ingredients, kg/1000 dal: glycerin, 0.5-0.7; ascorbic acid, 0.04-0.06; combined sweetener "Alfasvit-550", 0.4-0.05. The vodka also comprises, l/1000 dal: alcoholic solution of vanilin (1:100), 0.1-0.2; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. The proposed vodka has pleasant mild taste, slight honey tone in taste and flavor. It may be used by patients suffered from diabetics.
