SUBSTANCE: device has anode-support grill 1 of output foil window, sequence of thermal cathodes 4, control grid 5, shielding grid 6, which are made from rods parallel to thermal cathodes. Anode- support grill 1 is perforated by rows of parallel longitudinal holes 2 which axes are parallel to axes of thermal cathodes and grids rods. This results in possibility to eliminate electronic current losses on support grid of output foil. EFFECT: increased efficiency (30-40 percents). 1 dwg
