FIELD: technology of ceramics producing. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing titanium nitride and aluminium nitride taken at the ratio, wt.-% aluminium nitride 78.7-95.1 and titanium nitride 4.9-21.3 followed by their combined grinding, blank forming and roasting in oxygen-containing atmosphere up to ceasing blank mass change. After cooling reaction-caked ceramics of corundum-thialith composition is obtained. Ceramics shows finely grained structure. EFFECT: high mechanical strength, increased yield. 1 tbl
