FIELD: technology of ceramics producing. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing titanium nitride, titanium dioxide and aluminium nitride powder taken at the ratio, wt.-% aluminium nitride 74.1-93.9; titanium dioxide 0.1-25.8, titanium nitride 0.1-21.3 followed by their combined grinding, blank forming and roasting in oxygen-containing atmosphere up to ceasing blank mass change. After cooling reaction-caked ceramics of corundum-thialith composition is obtained. Ceramics shows finely grained structure grain size of which is comparable with that of pore sized.
