SUBSTANCE: for preparing 1000 dal gin with strong 40 vol.% the following components were used, kg: Amur cork tree leaves and berries 0.5-1.5; pine branches 2-4; peppermint 0.1-0.3; common wormwood 3-5; allspice 0.1-0.3; fragrant dill 0.5-0.7; bitter almond 0.05-0.15; coriander 0.3-0.5; gum-tree 0.05-1.5; sage 2-4; sugar 50-70 and also, l: apple essence 0.005-0.015, and aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality of gin.
