SUBSTANCE: method to control pulsing apparatus provides for its adjusting to resonance mode, measuring of gas pressure in elastic member, rectifying of pressure gauge output signal, adjusting oscillation frequency of oscillator or pressure in elastic member till value of pressure gauge rectified output signal achieves its maximum value. Device to control pulsing apparatus has pulsed oscillator and elastic member made in the form of closed gas cavity, connected with pressure gauge rectifier, output of which is connected to adjusting tool, that is connected with oscillator or with regulator of gas consumption.
