FIELD: chemical, pharmaceutical, food, wood-chemical and hydrometallurgical industries; equipment used in impregnation, washing, extraction and leaching. SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, pressure fluctuations from actuator 12 to one of chambers 2 are supplied with opened valve 13 and closed valve 14 and gate 16. Fluid is forced from one chamber to the other through permeable bottoms 3 and conveying channel 6. Change of direction of piston motion of pressure fluctuation actuator 12 results in alternation of processes of filtering and fluidizing in chambers 2. Upon completion of process, extract is discharged through valve 8. For loosening of sediment, valves 8 and 13 are closed, valve 14 and gate 16 are opened, pressure fluctuations are supplied from actuator 12 to pulsation tube 15. Fluid flow through conveying channel 6 and under-screen space of chamber 2 facilitates loosening of sediment. According to the second version, pressure fluctuations are supplied from actuator 12 to pulsation tube 15 with opened valves 13, 14 and gate 6. Fluid is forced through conveying channel 6 and permeable bottoms 3 to chambers 2 where pulsation fluidizing is effected. Change of piston motion direction in actuator 12 results in process of filtering in chambers 2. Pressure amplitude and pulse duration are set such as to provide pulsating suspension of particles, and break duration shall provide for pressure drop close to initial pressure. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of pulsation apparatus. 4 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
