FIELD: chemical, pharmaceutical, food-processing, wood-chemical and hydrometallurgical industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus has two housing 1 interconnected in lower portion by means of bypass passage 2 whose flow section is similar to that of housings 1. Housings 1 are tightly closed with covers 3 in their top portion. Hinged bottom 4 with false bottom 5 permeable for liquid is fitted in lower portion. Branch pipe 6 is used for drainage of extract. Connected to one of housing 1 is pressure activator 8. Apparatus is loaded with suspension 9. Apparatus is additionally provided with circular chambers 10 whose outer walls are untight. Chambers 10 are separated from main space of apparatus by means of perforated partitions 11. Length of chambers 10 in axial direction is 0.2 to 1 of diameter of housing 1; distance "H" between chambers 10 is 0.5 to 2 of diameter of housings. Connected to upper portion of each housing 10 are inlet branch pipes 12 of relief valves 13; their outlet branch pipes are connected with circular chambers 10 by means of pipe lines 15. Gas-filled cushions 19 under covers 3 act as flexible members in the course of vibrations. Apparatus may be provided with more than two housing.
