FIELD: reaction processes coincided with rectification processes in particular and control of methyl-tret-butyl production process. SUBSTANCE: isobutylene-bearing fraction, methanol, residue feeding into reaction zone and steam feeding into boiler is adjusted. In the case, using action on residue feeding they additionally adjust catalyst layer temperature mode according to maximum temperature in catalyst layer. Methanol feeding into reaction unit is corrected in proportion to isobutylene usage for reaction considering distillate composition and also according to difference of temperatures between bottoms and third theoretic plate, keeping temperature at level of 4 - 6 deg.. Steam feeding into boiler is corrected taking into account the difference of the temperatures and given temperature at tenth theoretical plate. During usage of hydrocarbon 1)C4 fraction as isobutylene-bearing raw material temperature at tenth theoretical plate is kept in limits of 71 - 75 C and during feeding of catalyzate from previous reactors of methyl-tret-butyl ester into reaction-rectifying reactor - 83 - 90 C.
