FIELD: chemical technology, inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves electrolysis of solution containing manganese sulfate and free sulfuric acid at concentrations 250-280 and 150-200 g/l, respectively. Electrolysis is carried out at anode current density 500-600 a/m2. Product can be used for catalyst preparing used for gaseous mixture scrubbing from carbon oxide in systems of collective and personal breathing organ protection. EFFECT: improved method of producing.
