FIELD: receiving equipment in centimetric and millimetric wave bands for protection of input circuits against the effect of high-power radio-impulse noise. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a waveguide section, matrix of an even number of columns positioned across the waveguide, series-connected diodes with a Schottky barrier. The diode columns are placed in parallel with the narrow waveguide walls; in one half of the columns the diodes with similar electrodes are oriented in one direction, in the other half of the columns - in the opposite direction. The beginnings of columns are connected to the first wide wall of the waveguide. The compensating inductive element is parallel-connected to the diode columns, and the first electrode of the compensating capacitor is connected to the leads of the columns, and the second electrode - to the second wide wall of the waveguide. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
