FIELD: instrumentation, electrical and electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: composition for soldering titanium and its alloys with glass has the following components, mass %: lithium pentaborate 5-30; potassium pentaborate 5-20; water - the rest. Glass titanium soldered article has part made of titanium or titanium alloy, part made of glass and boron-containing layer hermetically connecting the parts and made of above-indicated composition in thickness of 5-20 μm. Boron-containing layer in glass-titanium soldered article can be made of solution of the following content, mass%: lithium pentaborate 5-15; potassium pentaborate 5-15 and water - the rest. Boron-containing layer has lithium and potassium distributed over zone of parts connection. Boron-containing layer can include section in center of zone of parts connection made of solution containing, mass%: lithium pentaborate 5-30, and water-the rest, and section in periphery of zone of parts connection made of solution containing, mass %: potassium pentaborate 5-20 and water-the rest.
