FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: one produces water-alcohol solution (mixture) by way of mixing rectified ethyl alcohol and prepared water. When alcohol is mixed with reverse osmosis treated water the following substances are added to the water in the form of 5-10% solutions (kg per 1000 decalitres of water): sodium hydrocarbonate - 0.6-1.0, sodium sulphate - 0.05-0.15, potassium sulphate - 0.05-0.15, potassium chloride - 0.1-0.3; alternatively, reverse osmosis treated water is partially replaced with softened water so that the prepared water contains the substances listed below in weight concentrations as follows: hydrocarbonates - 40-75 mg/dm3, sulphates - 6-20 mg/dm3, chlorides - 4-15 mg/dm3, sodium - 18-35 mg/dm3, potassium -2-25 mg/dm3. The water-alcohol mixture is cooled, treated with active charcoal and added the recipe ingredients to. Vodka is maintained for 2-24 hours at a temperature of 10-20°C and finally filtered with subsequent bottling. Final filtration proceeds in two stages through filters with a high filtration rating (5-10 mcm and 0.5-1.0 mcm accordingly).
EFFECT: invention enables production of a water-alcohol mixture with optimal salt composition and improve organoleptic properties of the finished product.
