FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, method is used for pig-iron production in blast furnaces. SUBSTANCE: method of blast furnace heat provides for loading of charge through furnace mouth by feedings of charge composed of iron-ore materials, flux, coke and carbon-bearing material. Charge is loaded by layers. In the case carbon-bearing material with reaction capability exceeding reaction capability of coke is loaded between below laying layer of flux-ore part of charge and above laying layer of coke in each feeding. Usage of coke is set equal to 20 - 50 % of pig-iron mass produced from one feeding. Reaction reaction capability of carbon-bearing material is 1.5 - 15 ml/g.s. Method allows to decrease coke consumption for reduction to 300 - 512 kg per ton of pig-iron. EFFECT: decreased coke consumption. 5 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
