FIELD: environment ecology control and protection technology. SUBSTANCE: method includes burial containers fabricating and them setting up on glacial surface of area of water freezing seasonally. Burial containers are made composed by ring member formed preliminary on shore of water area from ferroconcrete mixture by mold-pressing using. Ring members are mounted for toroidal vessel prestressed previously by means of tendons bundle. Member joints are filled by straining monolith concrete. The last locking member is made by straining monolith concrete until full sealing. Solid waste is loaded before last locking member making but liquid one is loaded after full torus making by embedded port using. Loaded and sealed container will immerse to water area while ice thawing period. EFFECT: improved burial processing for radioactive and toxical waste. 8 cl
