FIELD: foodstuff cutting appliances. SUBSTANCE: vegetable cutter has supporting surface which carries vertical blades and one horizontal blade. At least one vertical blade is installed at distance from horizontal blade which is not less than 0.6-0.8 larger than width of supporting surface. Supporting surface is provided with replaceable insert made in the form of parallelogram, and vertical blades are secured on insert. Replaceable insert is made in the form of truncated rhomb. For cutting fruits in cubes or rhombs, they are reciprocally moved through blades while being pressed to supporting surfaces. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
