FIELD: liquor-vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: sodium bicarbonate and lactic acid are separated into two equal equivalent doses. After mixing water with an alcohol, one dose of sodium bicarbonate is added to the blend, the latter is treated with activated carbon and the other dose of sodium bicarbonate is mixed with a dose lactic acid and held until sodium lactate is formed. The remaining dose of lactic acid is mixed with sugar and water in a 1: 15: 30 ratio, the inversion is accomplished for 25-30 min and the resulting mixture is added to vodka, held for 3-4 hours and filtered together with sodium lactate. EFFECT: improved quality of vodka.
