SUBSTANCE: known device is provided, in addition, with ground stake placed at distance a from ground wire and /a+b/ from cable in horizontal plane; first end of ground stake at open-circuit point of ground wire is connected through second conductor to first part of ground wire which is connected through first conductor to lightning arrestor; second end of ground stake is connected to second part of ground wire by means of third conductor; at point of open circuit on ground wire, distance m between its first and second parts in not to exceed laying depth of ground wire.
