FIELD: mechanical engineering; soldering of materials undergoing phase changes at higher temperatures. SUBSTANCE: ring-shaped telescopic structure made of age- hardening Ni-Cr based alloy is assembled with interference, is heated in furnace in argon atmosphere to temperature of 400-450 C and held in furnace at this temperature. Then holding is carried out at temperature of 630-680 C at which phase conversions in alloy start. Soldering is carried out at temperature of 1250-1240 C with subsequent slow cooling together with furnace. In process of cooling structure is held first at temperature of 870-920 C and then at 630-680 C. EFFECT: increased yield owing to prevention of incomplete soldered joints and breaks.
