FIELD: mechanical engineering; brazing of heterogeneous material telescopic structures one envelope of which is made of age hardening alloy. SUBSTANCE: prior to placing solder and assembling the structure, intermediate layer of alloy which undergo no phase transformations is applied to inner surface of envelope made of age - hardening alloy, then structure is subjected to machining and thermal treatment and layer of nickel is applied to surface to provide spreading of solder over intermediate layer. Intermediate layer is applied by surface welding in thickness of 1.0-1.5 mm with subsequent thermal treatment or is made in form of ring, thickness 1.0-1.5 mm, with subsequent welding to envelope and thermal treatment. Such method prevents contact of solder with age - hardening alloy. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and enhanced reliability of joining. 3 cl
