FIELD: mechanical engineering; brazing of telescopic structure of parts with different linear expansion coefficient. SUBSTANCE: mendrel in form of pipe with wall thickness commensurable with thickness of outer brazed part and length corresponding to length of telescopic structure is placed in inner space of assembled telescopic structure. Mandrel is installed with clearance relative to inner surface of inner brazed part. End faces of structure are closed by covers, and inner space is sealed. Assembly is placed into furnace and is heated to brazing temperature. After holding at this temperature, intensive cooling of outer surface of telescopic structure is carried out by creating temperature difference inside space and outside equal to 200-300 C to crystallization temperature of joint. EFFECT: improved quality of joint.
