SUBSTANCE: wine drink contains wine material, 200-250 dal; sugar, 125-135 kg; fermented alcoholized wine material of black-fruit mountain ash, 180-200 dal; chokecherry extract, 15-20 dal; citric acid, 12-15 kg; food colorant, 0.2-0.27 kg. Used as aromatic ingredients are concentrate "Brandy" in amount of 1.8-2.0 dal and aromatizer "Amaretta-Chokecherry", 5.0-5.5 dal. Aqueous-alcoholic liquid is the balance up to 1000 dal of prepared product. EFFECT: improved taste.
