SUBSTANCE: wine drink "Kolesnik" (rowan melanocarpous) has ethyl alcohol (volume part is 25%) and the following components per 1000 dal ready product: apple fermented-alcoholized wine material 150-200 dal, rowan melanocarpous alcoholized juice 50-100 dal, citric acid 20 kg, sugar (measured for invert one) 50 g/dm3, and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: improved nutrient and curative properties, broadened assortment.
