Abstract RU 2098756 C1

FIELD: measurement technology, test of wear-out or growth of walls of vessels, pipe-lines or technological aggregates by deposits. SUBSTANCE: method is based on metering of heat flow in presence of difference of temperatures on both sides of tested wall and it provides for superimposition on it of two standard temperature-sensitive resistors of different value. Method allows measurement of temperature differences over thickness of each temperature-sensitive resistor and of temperature differences in fixed areas over thickness of two temperature-sensitive resistors and calculation of thickness of tested wall with due account of three measured temperature differences. Conductivity pickup has two standard temperature-sensitive resistors 1 and 2 different thickness or thermal conductivity fitted with four temperature sensors 3,4, for example, thermocouples, which can measure temperature differences over thickness of each of temperature-sensitive resistors and temperature differences in fixed areas, specifically, temperature differences of surfaces exterior with respect to tested wall.
