FIELD: wine-making and alcoholic beverage industries. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of sugar syrup, and before its blending, lemon oil solved in rectified alcohol in ratio 1:10 is introduced in it. Then mixture is alcoholized, and after separation of one part with solved vanilin, aged for 2-3 h. At mixing, alcoholized sugar syrup with lemon oil, grape wine, rectified alcohol and water are blended up to 40% vol. Separated part of aged alcoholized sugar syrup with lemon oil and solved in it vanilin is introduced into blending, aged and filtered. Expenditure of ingredients for production of 1000 dal of 40-% vol. wine drink is the following: grape wine, 100-150 dal; vanilin, 9-11 g; lemon oil, 99-101 g; sugar, 99-101 kg; rectified alcohol and water, the balance. EFFECT: broadened assortment of wine drinks.
