FIELD: gas treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to catalytic purification of gas releases from various-nature toxic substances formed in plasma treatment technologies. Gases to be cleaned are successively passed through beds of filtering, adsorbing, and catalytically active materials. Passage of gas through adsorbent bed results in removal of fluorine-containing compounds, after which gas is heated and fed into the first catalytic bed to reduce nitrogen oxides by ammonia, then into 2nd catalytic bed to oxidize non-reacted excess of ammonia, then into 3rd catalytic bed to oxidize organics and carbon monoxide, and finally into 4th catalytic bed to convert ozone into molecular oxygen. EFFECT: enhanced purification efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
