SUBSTANCE: multipurpose flexible sealing-and-locking device has length of cable and fixing members arranged in housing and made for rigidly locking one or two ends of cable length by their side surface. Other end of cable length can be rigidly connected with end piece provided with through hole to pass free end of cable can be rigidly connected with sealing member. Fixing members are made in form of separate members with inner toothed surface and with outer surface corresponding to inner surface of housing.
