FIELD: wine-making industry, liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: for preparing 1000 dal of wine drink (20 vol.% proof) the following components are used: sugar to provide the concentration of sugars (as measured for invert sugar) 140 g/dm3; citric acid up to 40 kg; grape wine material 150-200 dal; apple alcoholized juice 49-51 dal; cranberry infusion and/or cranberry concentrate 6-47 dal and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid - the rest. Wine drink can contain additionally the food taste-aromatic addition "Klukva-84" at amount up to 6 kg. Drink has the tart taste.
