SUBSTANCE: wine drink "Kolesnik" has ethyl alcohol 25 vol. % and the following components per 1000 dal ready product: apple fermented-alcoholized wine material 200-250 dal, citric acid 20 kg, caramel color 2.0 dal, sugar 50 g/dm3 (measured for invert one), and 10-20 dal an aqueous-spirituous infusion of the 1-st and 2-d pouring mixture consisting of the following vegetable components: sweet clover, thyme, common immortelle, common wormwood, milfoil, peppermint, Saint-John's-wort and marjoram (0.9-1.1 kg of each component), and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: improved quality of product.
