SUBSTANCE: wine drink "Kolesnik" (raspberry-wild strawberry) has ethyl alcohol 25 vol.% and the following components per 1000 dal ready product: apple fermented-alcoholized wine material 150-200 dal, raspberry and wild strawberry alcoholized juice at ratio 1:1 50-100 dal, citric acid 20 kg, sugar 50 g/dm3 (measured for invert one), and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: enhanced quality, improved nutrient and curative properties, broadened assortment.
