SUBSTANCE: wine drink "Kolesnik" (black currant) has ethyl alcohol (volume part is 25%) and the following components per 1000 dal ready product: apple fermented alcoholized wine material 150-200 dal, black currant alcoholized juice 50-100 dal, citric acid 20 kg, sugar 50 g/dm3 (measured for invert one), and an aqueous-spirituous liquid - the rest. EFFECT: improved nutrient and curative properties, broadened assortment.
