SUBSTANCE: vibration damper has die-clamp 2, weights 4, and steel cable 3 whose ends are terminated in cylindrical cavities 6 of weights 4; damper is secured on conductor (cable) by means of die-clamp 2. Steel cable 3 is fixed in weights 4 with certain eccentricity "e" relative to longitudinal axis 5 and eccentricity "e1" of internal cylindrical cavities 6 in sleeves (weights) 4. Respective values of these eccentricities are chosen experimentally. EFFECT: improved damping ability of vibration damper. 3 dwg
